- How do I submit a video?
- Click on the green upload button then click on the upload icon in the pop up window that appears and select the file you want to upload.
- How long after I submit will it be published?
- We review submissions on a weekly basis. If there are no edits, it can be posted within 7 working days
- Are videos evaluated for accuracy?

Yes. We have a team of field technicians who confidentially review every submission for accuracy and safety. Those who submit videos regularly may be invited to be part of the review team.
- How long should a video be?

10 seconds to 2 minutes maximum
- What kinds of videos can I submit?
- You can submit any kind of video that offers a tip or trick, including animated, screen capture, how-to’s etc. You can be on camera or provide voiceovers while filming your hands, equipment etc.
- How do I find categories of videos like on LearningHub? (Filtering)

- Scroll down on the landing page to the Library section
- Select the category you prefer to view by clicking on the checkbox(es)
- Click on Apply

- How can I submit feedback?

- We are happy to help you with editing your video.

- What if I don’t want to be on camera?
- That’s okay. You can film what you’re doing and/or do a voiceover. Don’t like to hear your own voice? We are happy to do the voiceover for you, just send us the script through the Feedback button at the top of the page.
- I know a tip or trick but I don’t know where to start. Help?
- Decide what tip you want to share and just share it the way you would normally do it. You can also have fun with it (see this example)

- What kind of gear should I use to film?
- Your phone is perfect for filming tips and tricks. We recommend you film in landscape format but portrait is fine as well.
